Terminal Diagnostic

Documentation, specifications and supports are made available to support any third party which wants to implement a client on a non-Ingenico platform

One protocol to interact with various non-Ingenico terminals

  • Requires the implementation of “OpenPOS Protocol” client in non-Ingenico terminals
  • Is not dependent on any terminal’s OS: could be Android OS, could be proprietary OS
  • Fully integrated
  • Seamless integration in the ecosystem for estate owners already using existing Ingenico solutions for estate management
  • The same instance can of course manage the whole Ingenico product line: Telium2, TETRA, AXIUM, APOS, mPOS

Asset Tracking

The server will keep a record of the performed actions and the terminal statuses. All this information is available through a “terminal datasheet” page. All the terminal data are grouped on several pages. Available information is about:

  • Terminal general description (SAP code, SDK reference in the clear, memory situation, terminal status)
  • Exhaustive and explicit software listing
  • Hardware terminal description (communication, readers, networks, display, extensions…)
  • Terminal environment (PINPad?, Base?, localization…)
  • Terminal hardware counters (card insertion, dots printed…)
  • Security terminal description (PKI level, P2PE status…)
  • Telium Manager settings

Remote Helpdesk

Efficient remote management with standard PPaaS features including Heartbeat support and Helpdesk support. The Remote Helpdesk can retrieve detailed terminal information, perform accurate diagnostics and deliver updates to terminals.

Heartbeat/ Alerting

  • Ability to define thresholds for missing “I’m alive” messages; warning level with orange dot and alert level with red dot
  • Ability to define alarm based on preferred data
  • Generating “I’m alive” message on a pre-defined & regular basis
  • Providing application raw data to be monitored on server side (status report)
